Her passion for solving complex challenges and delivering meaningful impact led her to a leadership role, where she now guides a team of Account Executives to drive customer engagement, exceed targets, and foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and fun. Jana is a firm believer in the transformative power of AI in sales and business. She actively champions AI-driven solutions that enhance productivity, improve decision-making, and elevate customer engagement—while ensuring technology remains a tool for empowerment, not replacement. Beyond her professional achievements, Jana is deeply committed to diversity, equity, and community building. She is a proud supporter of Forward Together, an initiative dedicated to advancing women in the workplace, and serves on the leadership committee for the Annual Salesforce Charity Golf Tournament, benefiting the Cooper Robertson Foundation. Outside of her professional life, she is on a mission to visit 40 countries before turning 40, enjoys exploring new restaurants in Toronto, and values quality time with friends and family.

With 15 years of experience in software consultative sales and account management, Emily is a seasoned professional known for her leadership, dedication, and empathetic approach. Her ability to foster meaningful relationships and deliver transformational business value has propelled her career while making a lasting impact on her enterprise clients. Beyond her professional success, Emily is deeply passionate about mentorship and advocacy, particularly for young professionals, women, and visible minorities.
