Julia Staffen is COO at Willful, an online estate planning platform that makes it easy for Canadians to prepare for and deal with death in a digital age. At Willful, Julia owns the operating budget and is responsible for implementing systems and processes to effectively scale the business to meet its goals. She is responsible for integrating the various functions of the organization to execute on the Willful vision and strategy in a way that drives business results and creates team alignment. She works closely with the leadership team to create a compelling, inclusive, and purposeful culture that empowers and rewards team members. Her experience and leadership are focused on creating full team engagement to move the business forward. 

Julia brings a combination of strategy, product, and business development experience to Willful. She spent the majority of her career with InMoment, a high-growth enterprise B2B SaaS customer experience optimization company, working with Fortune 500 direct-to-consumer brands.
