Over the past three years Kaitlyn’s team has closed 15 transactions worth over $1.5 billion, supporting GFL’s success pre and post IPO. She is a corporate finance expert qualified as a CPA, CA and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) who has worked on GFL’s most complex transactions across North America. Kaitlyn has put in the work to support women in business having been a key member of EY’s Entrepreneurial Winning Women Program and Professional Women’s Network and now GFL’s Women in Waste initiative. Healthcare for woman and newborns is also close to her heart, she sits on the board of IWK Foundation in Halifax, Nova Scotia and volunteers with Michael Garron Hospital on the Maternal Newborn Panel in Toronto.
